Microsoft has released an updated Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) Program Guide set to take effect on March 30, 2025. This new guide refines program requirements, details partner responsibilities, and provides clearer operational guidelines to improve partner efficiency.
For existing CSP partners, no immediate action is required, as Microsoft will transition all partners to the updated guide automatically. However, new and existing CSPs should review the updated guidelines carefully to understand any operational changes or compliance expectations.
Partners can access the updated guide via the Microsoft Partner Center to ensure they remain aligned with the latest CSP requirements.
A 5% price increase on monthly-billed annual and triennial subscriptions.
Microsoft is adjusting pricing structures across multiple purchasing channels, including CSP, MCA-E, and Buy Online.
From April 1, 2025, there will be a 5% increase in pricing for monthly-billed annual and triennial subscriptions. However, subscriptions with annual billing terms will not be affected.
